Coka Brothers Chemicals Limited has announced a strategic partnership with MVS Chem, a global leader in production chemicals and phase separation technologies. The collaboration aims to bring world-class chemical innovations and process optimization solutions to Nigeria’s oil and gas sector — focusing on improved efficiency, cleaner operations, and long-term sustainability.
MVS Chem, known for driving excellence in phase separation technologies, offers deep expertise in production chemistry, precision formulation, and R&D support across complex industrial processes. Their solutions have been proven to enhance oil-water separation, stabilize emulsions, and optimize flow in challenging production environments.
Speaking on the partnership, Mr. Ifeakandu Nwachukwu, Managing Director/CEO of Coka Brothers Chemicals Ltd, highlighted the importance of this collaboration in strengthening Nigeria’s indigenous capabilities.

The partnership will focus on developing customized demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, and separation aids tailored to Nigerian crude characteristics and field conditions. Both companies plan to co-develop new formulations and conduct joint field trials across several operational basins in 2026.
